We wanted to make a ticklist journal that spoke more to those who struggle with their mental health. Often finding motivation or purpose for each day is hard when you're struggling. With this ticklist we want you to celebrate the small achievements more and reconnect with feeling like each day has meaning even if you don't climb a huge mountain. We want you to remember that its okay even if you just do a few small things each day that get you going and to not beat yourself up for finding it hard!
You can fill in 1 page a day ticking off the boxes and filling out the empty spaces, its a simple task which makes it more realistic to be able to complete daily!
These books can be used with a pen or a pencil.
